1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FaceAge.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Nature of AI Results — Not Medical Advice

FaceAge.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate age estimates, color palette suggestions, and facial harmony analyses. These results are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, dermatological, or professional beauty advice.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not representative of your actual characteristics. You should not rely on any result from this Service for medical, health, cosmetic surgery, or clinical decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for any health or medical concerns.

3. No Warranty on Accuracy

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We do not guarantee that age estimates, color analyses, or harmony reports will be accurate, complete, or free from errors.

4. Payment Terms

Certain features — specifically the Facial Harmony Report — require a one-time payment of $19.99 USD. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

No refunds on digital goods. Because the Harmony Report is an instantly delivered digital product generated specifically for you, all sales are final once the report is generated. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased report, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

We reserve the right to change prices for paid features at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service you agree that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Will only upload photos of yourself or photos you have explicit permission to use.
• Will not upload images containing nudity, violence, or content that violates applicable law.
• Will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FaceAge.ai — including text, design, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to FaceAge.ai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, transient license to process that image solely for the purpose of generating your requested result. We do not store, share, or use your images for any other purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaceAge.ai and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $20 USD, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
